I got an email from someone on here only I don't know who they are. I don't see an email option. I only see one for forum mail. So how did they get my email?

When you open someone's profile there's an email me option. I think you can shut it off in 'your account'

I don't think they actually get your email address though. LIW sends the email without providing your actual email address to the sender.
*I think* they'd only see your address if you reply.

You are correct....they cannot see the e-mail when contacting you first by it, only when you reply.
