How does the BM Hair thing work?

I want to try to find someone who is good but affordable for my BMs and have a few people in mind based on this site. I however, don't want to be stuck with using the same person for my hair or my mom's hair. Also since we have 6 BMs I rather have two seperate people. Anyway if I want to book someone for my girls now, should I put down the deposit (is there one?) and then ask the girls to reimburse me? What are deposits typically like? We are looking in the $65 range for the BM hair.

I had to put down a $30 deposit for each girl, plus myself. I am going to use that towards the balance of my hair and makeup that day and they will repsonsible for paying their own way for hair and makeup. I thought that was easier thann collecting the $30 from each girl that day.
