How does this look?

How does this look?

I'm working on the wording for my wedding invitations. Can you take a look at it, and let me know if it sounds okay? And did I get the capitalization correct? Of course, all the text will be centered on the paper.

As waves crash upon the shore
And the beacon’s light shines the way,
Please join us on our wedding day!

The honour of your presence is
requested at the marriage of

Diana Middle/Last Name
and
Robert Middle/Last Name

Sunday, the twenty-fifth of September
Two thousand and five
at ten o’clock in the morning
Fire Island Lighthouse
Fire Island, New York

Reception to follow at
Snapper Inn
Oakdale, New York

I just spent the longest time fixing up my wording. Yours looks good to me. I capitalized how you did ('Sunday' and 'Two').
Good luck I hated this part!

It looks great! My only sugestion would be to use 'the presence of your company' instead of the honour of your presence since the latter is meant to specify a church wedding. I also did the year in all lower caps on mine.

I love the wording!

lovely....just make sure that it can fit on yoru invitation..
We had to cut the number of lines down because it looked to squishy on the invite!

That's the only part of the wording I don't like. I have to find something a little less formal I think.

I made a sample of my invitation, so the spacing and lines look fine.

Thanks everybody for the input! I composed the little saying at the top of the invitation (and I'm certainly no poet).
