How does this price and menu sound..

$49 per person plus tax/tip for rehearsal dinner...includes:

(buffet style...so everyone will have everything...)

Appetizers
-Tuscan table w/ grilled and roasted vegetables, cured meats, olives, artichoke heart salad, fresh mozzarella, tomato and basil platter
-Artesian cheese display w/ flatbread, pesto, and feta dip
-Calamari

Buffet main course
-Pear and goat cheese salad
-Vegetarian pasta w/ baby peas, zucchini, fresh tomato and basil ragu
-Pan seared salmon
-Grilled Chicken breast
-whipped potatoes
-green beans
-chibata dinner rolls

Dessert
-choc fountain w/ soft pretzels, marshmallows, strawberry and pineapple

FULL open bar for 3 hours
