ok... so we're doing the lance armstrong bracelets for the favors, and i'm working on the tags for them now.... i want to put a short note with why we made the donation and who it is to... how does this sound??

To honor our loved ones
affected by cancer,
a donation has
been made to the
Lance Armstrong Fund.

does that sound ok? too depressing or anything?

I don't think it's too depressing. It's a fact that you've lost loved ones and your just explaining to your guests why you chose to give such a favor.

I think it's fine, I don't find it depressing. I think it's nice that you're describing why you made a donation to that particular fund.
