just one thing...do you want it to say holy marriage or holy matrimony? i think either way is fine, I just automatically thought of matrimony since that is what they traditionally say, or am i wrong? either way it looks great!

i think you can put it either way. b/c people said the same to me when i was asking how my wording looks too. everything is a personal preference.

I think it sounds good. If you want me to be nitpicky, the lines with your names are a lot shorter than the other lines. It obviously depends on the invite layout, fonts, font size etc but I wanted to point that out since you arent using middle names. I don't really know if there is a way around that other than making the font size of your names bigger (that's what we ended up doing)

The other thing is, you have 'join together' and 'new life together' right after eachother. Don't know if there is an alternative there either but it stood out to me.

It's totally fine as-is, but I used to be a yearbook editor and I notice weird things like this.

This was the only thing I thought of also, other than that, it sounds perfect.

I just don't like the word 'matrimony' I like the sound of 'marriage' better. I think its the 'mony' part of the word. It reminds me of Billy Idol.

you're such a tool.

marriage sounds fine. No one cares - except Bluegreen if she were to get your invite.

I would pay attention only to date and time. Even now that I have wedding on my mind.

Looks good to me..

two thousand eight...

I think

I saw this and smiled

For formal invitation purposes, I've always seen it written as 'two thousand and eight.'

But when I teach my 3rd graders to say the date, it has to be 'two thousand eight' as in 2008. To put 'and' in there implies a decimal point as in '2000.8' We just finished our decimals unit. Guess that's where my mind is!

Mimacat, your wording sounds beautiful the way it is!!!
