I think the answer would be as early as you'd like! As long as you know that the date for the HM and your preferences wont change, then go for it now!

For my HM, I will prob be putting in a request for a timeshare exchange as soon as possible (as soon as I get my date set )

Air comes out 331 days in advance. If you are doing a cruise you can book more then a year in advance.

I think its 200 and something days to book the flight- im not sure- ask on the vendors helping brides section- Im sure a TA will know!
