no i don't think so. Fh and i booked our block of rooms about 11 or 10 months in advance. I would earlier is better especailly if you have a lot of OOT guests you don't want to worry about them if you can't get a block of rooms.

As soon as I booked the hall - about 8 months before the wedding.

I booked mine in late April for my September wedding.

If the hotel will let you block them now I would do it now and cross another thing off your list.

I say no but I had a holiday weekedn out east so I was in a different situation! My motto for everything is the sooner the better!

i dont think its too early. We did ours as soon as we booked the hall.

Do it now, June is a very busy month. I don't remember how long before i did, but the first hotel i went to was already booked.

A little over a year in advance. Since we are getting married Labor day weekend, we booked as soon as we were able to.
