How early do I book my make-up artist?

My wedding isn't until Aug. 03, but now that I have booked my hall, my band, and my photographer, I feel like I should be booking something else!!

We will use the house florist and I already bought my dress and headpiece, so is make-up next or is it too early?

I booked my makeup artist a year ahead. Because I'm using JN, and she books really fast, so it depends on who you're looking to book. If you want JN, I'd schedule a trial right away.

I am getting married memorial day weekend and I have already booked my makeup and hair.

I think the earlier you book, the better. It will be one less thing to worry about when you start to get closer to the big day!!!

I'm confused... who is JN??? I hear a lot about JN on the board, but not exactly sure who it is... Any explanation would be appreciated! Thanks!

Book your videographer and florist next. Also, begin to look at gowns since some will take up to 9 months to come in. Also, if you find a make up artist you like then book her. Don't rush to do 10 trials right now, but I would start.
JN is Jacqueline Nicole (www.prettyme.com) I also booked JN and her hair guy, Ciro. I know that many of the busy makeup artists book early so again, it cannot hurt to start looking.

I booked JN about a year in advance as well. She books extremely fast.

i booked JN in July for my may '03 wedding.
i suggest you go for trial starting now.
they book fast
