For those that are ordering them when are/did you 'book' them? I was going to wait because it didnt seem like an ASAP kind of issue, but the new thread about 'Don't procrastinate' has me worried! Any thoughts?
Suggested is six months (with an estimate) in advance, and then when you have a final number you can take away or add as many as you need.

I booked mine already with the finishing touch.. I wanted to make sure thwy were available that day to take care of the room.
Are you haveing someone do them for you?? Or are you just ordering and putting them on yourself?
I booked mine from Table Wear 6 months in advance

I was going to use them to put them on too and pay their fee... does that make a difference in when I should book them?
