How early do you think we should show up for the Mets game???

Hey! Dh and I have tix for Sunday's game (it was part of the 1 year anniv. gift I gave him). It is Military Appreciation day and there are a lot of special events going on: a parachute jump from the West Point jump team, an Air Force Freedom Band performance and Marine Capt. Alison Salerno's rendition of the National Anthem. Highly decorated Lt. Gen. Roger Magnus of the Marine Corps will throw out the first pitch and a collection of items to be sent to the troops. They are also giving away special Mets hats with a stars & stripes logo on them to the first 25,000 fans.

How early do you think we need to show up for a 1:10pm game b/c of everything going on (giveaway, to get decent parking, etc.)?

I'll be at that game!

We're getting there super-early, like 11! My FH and his brother are Mets-maniacs!

I didn't know about all those things going on. I'm very excited.

For him to get the whole experience.. even watching batting practice.. get there at 11.
