OK- I have never been in a wedidng before. My ceremony is 2 minutes from my parents house, at 3PM. If I want the photographer earlier than 2PM, it's an extra $480 for 1 hour. Is this necessary? I was thinking of telling them 1:30-11:30 (the contract is for 10 hours, the reception ends at 12). Is that enough time for pictures? TIA!

My ceremony is at 4:30pm - we will be on the road by 4pm. He is coming around 1/1:30pm

My ceremony is 5 minutes away from where I'm getting ready. It starts at 2:30 and the photographer is getting there at 1:00.
Do you have a videographer? Normally the photographer will leave after the cake cutting if you have a videographer. Video is better than still pics (typically) of people dancing. Just a thought.
