I went 4 days before and I had no problems (I had also had 4 facials within a two month span before the wedding- something I had never done before!)- the only thing is that they did not do any extractions since it was close to the wedding and they didn't know how my face would react.
Have you gone before? Is your skin sensitive? If it isn't , then it should be perfect to get it done a week before.
Anyway, your wedding is coming up....I bet you're really excited and stressed at the same time!!

no thankfully I don't have sensitive skin! but you never know..a week is good i guess!! i think i may have had a facial once in my life!!!!
thanks i am excited i guess!! i feel very calm...but honestly i just want it to be over already! i t has been so long 1 1/2 years too long!!

I know exactly what you mean- I was so stressed the two months before the wedding that I couldn't wait for it to be done...but...it's such a cliche to say, on your wedding day you'll see that all of the planning and stress was definitely worth it!
Oh, and about the facial- make sure you tell them that your wedding is the next week. It will give them an idea of how to prep your face for it. Another thing I did before the wedding was get a massage (I'm the type that never does this stuff, before the wedding I never got a facial or a massage)- but I ended up treating myself for a nice massage the day before and it really relaxed me a lot. You definitely deserve to treat yourself to one! (But, be careful not to get a rough massage that will leave you sore!!!!)

I went a week before...but it depends on what your having done, if your going to get blackheads extracted then that can cause irritation and it's best to do 1-2 weeks before...if your just going for a moistuizing treatment you can do that a few days before the wedding.

I went to a place in Babylon Village called Eternal Spa- I loved Tanya- she does great facials!

I have never had a facial, so if it was my first one I would get one a little bit before the wedding. If you have had one before then go for it, and if you don't have sensitive skin you should def be ok!

i am having a spa bachlorette party on Oct 19 about 1 month before my wedding. I will get my facial then. We couldn't get another date closer to wedding because of halloween, people with kids. Also the 25th going away that weekend.
