how far in advance...

did your girls order their bm dresses? I want to make sure I didn't wait too long, TIA

Mine were all ordered this December. They said that the dresses will be ready in April.

my girls ordered them in sept, 5 months before the wedding. they came in a month ago.

my girls just ordered them this week. we got them in just in time before a rush was needed.

I havent' ordered mine yet either and I'm getting married a month after you. The store told me to make sure I have them ordered by March, so if the same applied to you, you should probably have them ordered by Feb.

thanks girls! My wedding is in september and I think we'll be ordering the dresses the first week in february, that should be fine, right?

ordered by october 1, b/c the bridal store was changing it's payments. after oct 1 would have to pay full price for dresses.

eta: 3 to 4 months is usually how long they take to come in. i have 2 oot's who i wanted to make sure the dress was received by them with plenty of time.

5 months in advance for me! Just ordered them from RK Bridal and they said the dresses should be in on Feb. 22nd! Other bridal shops told me I should have ordered a while ago but RK said I was perfect on timing.

You should be fine! I ordered mine from RK bridal in Oct- due to come in Feb. Most designers take 4 months approx to come in from my research.

I just ordered mine on Friday. I ordered through Netbride and got a confirmation on Monday saying they will be in by April 17 at the absolute latest, but probably sooner....you're fine!

My girls ordered theirs in late November and early December (from Davids Bridal which is always fast) but my MoH hasn't ordered hers yet (because she's preggers and due any day now) but the store said they can get it for her in two weeks so no problems there.
