I did the menu with the hall already, but what about the photo/video, church?
I am about to start calling everyone, but figured I would see if I'm too early..

I wanted to meet with the actual photographer so I had scheduled a meeting in September. Other than that I would begin making appointments NOW for November.

I met my photographer last week, 2 1/2 weeks before the wedding. Last night I finalized everything with the florist. The band should be calling me early next week to go over any details. I'm going to the hall next Wednesday to drop everything off. We finalized our menu at the end of September. HTH

Usually a week or two before the wedding, you start finalizing.

Hello date twin. We're meeting w/photographer on 11/9 for the final meeting and w/church on 10/21 for the final mtg with the priest (then we have our rehearsal on 11/23 and we will bring all of our 'Stuff' -unity candles, etc. at that time)
