We are booking this week for our January wedding - just about 6 months in advance.

We booked it in a little under 6 months.You really should look to either do it far in advance or wait for last minute deals, that's the best way to get a good deal.

About 5 months, but it is in the off season, so I think you probably have to consider that when planning.

10 Months, we did it early so we could cross something off the list and we would have the time to pay it off. We are going on a curise .
