When is your intial headcount due? You want the date about a week before that date so you have a chance to contact late responders.

Wedding is : Feb. 20 Response Date: Jan 26
My final headcount is due 10 days before the date of wedding, So that gives me about 2 weeks to get everything together before the headcount is due. you should give yourself at least 1 or 2 weeks.

Ours is 6 weeks. And I thouhgt maybe it should have been more, although I am being told by everyone that a month is more than enough.
