How far out do you meet with Tuxedo People

Whats the timeframe on this?

3 months before the wedding should be plenty of time. I think a lot of places want the guys to be measured at least 1 month before the wedding.

our wedding is in May I was told late Feb early March due to prom season

FH went and got measured 3 weeks before the wedding and picked up the tux last week.

if you need a place lester's tuxedo in hutington is a great place! FH's uncle owns it and even FLOWER MICHELLE recommends them.. john actually used them for his wedding!

what do you do in the situation if FH isnt going to be at the place where the wedding is held until 1 week before? there is no way he can make it there until then.

we went to try and get it done early but the guy told us the styles will change for the season so he recommended that we come back in March and our wedding is in June..... so 3 months before is right on target

you would prob have to try and use a place that is near him and also close to the reception area

we are using Men's Wearhouse b/c we have a decent amount of OOT guests that will be in the bridal party.....they are located everywhere so they can get measured near them and pick up the tux near them (or they can ship it to the store closest to the reception) and you don't have to worry about everyone being in the wrong style

i think it will be less of a hassle to to it this way...its one less thing i have to worry about and,of course, the less stress the better!!
