I'm so bad with these things.

I need to decorate some baskets (like 2 or 3 large sized baskets) and my banister at home. (we have a highranch)

Also, only white? or have you seen colored tool too? I was thinking of getting wine colored tool also. I need some thoughts...

I'm not sure how much you'll need. But www.nashvillewraps.com has wine colored tulle, and a lot of other colors. For 25 yards of wide tulle (24 inches wide) it is $12.50. But a warning, if your order is less than $50 you have to have a $4 service charge. If you need 100 yards, you should make the $50 minimum though.
