I just got my DVD yesterday...I'm excited!! I have Pilates classes Monday & Wednesday and a 1.5 Yogalates class on Thursdays so I plan to do the Shred on the days I don't go to class. We'll see!!

its a tough workout esp the first few times but its only 20 minutes so u can do it!!

I think it depends on your fitness level. Do you work out regularly? What sort of thigns do you do? I liked it a lot for days tha I couldnt get to the gym but I felt like I needed more...don't get me wrong, i sweat and it was hard but I wouldn't rely on it as my entire workout plan.

I also think it depends on your fitness level. It's hard and makes me break a sweat but definitely managable for me. Plus, there are modified versions of some exercises.

I loved it but it was sooo terrible on my arches. I was in a lot of pain. It really works though, if you can stick to it.

Anyone have an alternative to jumping jacks?

i run/jog in place if theres no way i can do more of something. i usually do this during the push ups...i have horrible upper body strength

its hard if I had more room in my room I would have kept up with it but the worst is day one after that you get used to it.
