how horrible is this...

one of the sweetest guys we know that fh works with came home this weekend and found his father dead on the floor (apparently from a heartattack..) - his mom passed away about 2 years ago and i distinctly rememebr him coming to fh's mom's funeral this past fall and it being so hard for him (but he came anyway to support mike)....my heart goes out to him, i called him and left a message but i feel so bad for him....so everyone, i jsut wanted to put my 2 cents in and reming yu to never let a day go by where you don't tell those you love that you love them b/c you never know what may happen before you see them again...isn't this just terrible??

Its true my fh moms one year anniversary is coming up and its so sad b/c last July 4th we spent with her and that was the last time we saw her not in a hosptal. Its so sad we had no idea that would be the lst time we really got to be with her.Enjoy all the time you have with your loved ones!!

so sorry to hear the sad news...my best friend/MOH lost her mother 2 and a half years ago and the 4th is a very sad time for her too...it was always the tradition to go to the parade, have a BBQ...etc...etc..Hugs and prayers for your friend You did the right thing by contacting him, he needs you guys the most right now

So sorry for your & your friend's loss....I can completely relate.

FH Favorite aunt passed away this weekend, and it was extra hard on him b/c we did not send them our announcements with the Save the Dates because we were 'talked' out of it. His Aunt & Uncle were in an assisted living facility after having been injured severely in a car accident 4 years ago.

We were 'advised' not to send it b/c it would be too trying on them to arrange for nurses & ambullettes...etc.... now FH is so sad that he never got to tell her he finally decided to settle down & get married. We were all supposed to get together this coming weekend & he was going to tell her then.


Moral: Make every day count, no matter what.
