How I was trampled upon by our former photog seriously LONG

The photographer we intended to use has a studio right next door to where FH works. As a courtesy all of the people on that square block usually discount to each other for services rendered.
Paul Petronella, the owner of John Warren Right studios, is an amazing photographer. However, his admin who handles all the booking and packaging is a total see you next tuesday..
Everyone who has ever met my FH knows how easy going he is and just an all around nice guy. For some people it is almost to the point of being a total push over. I didn't realize how many times this woman who assists the phtog had pushed FH around until the day when we went in to tell her what we needed in our video.
Over the course of a year I have been in that photog studio a total of 3 times. Once a year ago and 2 times this past week. I have called the studio a total of 4 times. Two of which was to enquire about videography and get pricing etc. Two times I called and spoke to Jill, who is the photogs niece. She is a kid who fills in when the admin, Andrea, is not around. The problem is, Jill should be taking messages because she is clueless as to what is going on there. She should answer the phone and when a question is asked simply tell the caller that no one is available to answer that question and she will have Andrea or Paul call her back. No, she doesn't do that. She is a pop tart. The first time I called her I gave her my name and asked if she could look in my file to see if FH and I had included parent albums in our package for photos. I wanted to be sure that was part of the package we got. She told me she didn't have any file for us, or any info that we had booked with the studio. I asked her if someone was there that could help her, as we had just made a deposit 2 weeks before. She told me, adamantly, that there was no work order for october 4th or any files under my name or FH’s and asked me if I wanted to make an appointment to speak to the photog to make sure he was available for that date. @#$%^& I told her we already made a deposit and I sure this was a mistake and I would send my fiance in to handle it first thing tomorrow, to which she responded 'whatever'.
FH handled it, it was on the photogs desk. Fine! All that happened in March of 07.
In October I called in to book videography, the pop tart answers. I wanted to know what the packages were and if the editing was done on the premisis or out sourced. She had no idea. Ok, can you have someone call me this is my name and number. No one called me. However, FH told me, after I called studio back, that Andrea went straight to him with info, and FH spoke to photog about our needs, but that was 3 days after I called. Photog didn't give FH info for me regarding list of things included or what was an additonal charge, which is what I wanted. Nor did FH call me to tell me studio gave him info. I called studio the next day and for the 1st time spoke to Andrea, who was very short with me and told me she gave all the info to FH yesterday. I told her FH and I do not live together and only see each other on weekends and even though we spoke yesterday, he didn't think to tell me about the info he got because he had no idea I am the one who called. I told her that I called because I am the one keeping track of everything and I would have appreciated a call from her or the photog to at least let me know that the info was going to be passed directly to FH. She told me that no one was going to tell her how to do her job, and she would rather not talk to me. She only wanted to deal with FH.
I told FH about what happened. He said he would talk to Andrea.
I went to photog on 3 weeks ago to pick a videographer and editor. She told me FH just left, and I told her I just got there and had not seen my FH. I stopped in to look over who was available that day and maybe go over some of the editing styles if she had time. She had an appt. so she let me have some videos and directed me to the tv. I was happy with that. After the first appt. left she told me she didn't think they could work with 'me' and that the photog didn't want to do video for 'me' if I wasnt going to be happy with it. I was like, 'what the hell are you talking about'? She proceeded to tell me that I offended Jill the pop tart and his photog courtesy was extended to FH as a colleague and she would rather not deal with me.
I stomped out and went right next door to yell at FH and asked him what the hell I missed and what she said to me, and how dare she and I will not be treated like an @sshole etc etc etc. He said the only thing he said to the photog was one of the original videos we watched was poorly done both shooting and editing but all of the others were great. We wanted to be sure not to get whomever shot and/or edited that one horrible video. Paul said he would handle it. He made an appt for a few days later to go in.
Everything changed. Prices, packages, everything. Even though we were gauranteed the package we picked almost a year ago, even if the packages changed. In fact, the photog wrote that on our initial receipt. Andrea said there was other stuff they could do for us for a deep discount. I started asking questions and she became very agitated with me. She started telling me no one wanted to work with me because I was difficult (( I am like *** are you talking about omg)) and in the same breath looked at Paul and smiled and said 'you are so easy going and such a pleasure but I can't deal with her'. He said nothing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I had to leave, I was crying because FH let this person, who he picked, say mean things to me in front of him and he did nothing. I came back in to find a letter written from photog, a man I have never met only spoken to on the phone, stating he would not subject his staff to my ridiculous behavior. FH said nothing. I calmly sat down and asked Andrea to please let me say what I have to say without interrupting me. I had to ask that because she wouldn't let me say one word. I asked her what I did, I had only called a handful of times, and I had every right to be upset when Jill said we were not booked when we clearly were, and everytime I told Andrea I didn't need that big photo or the precap on the video or the extra 200$ to add all the names of the wedding party, and AND everytime I wanted to change something she brought up how the photog was cutting us a great deal and no matter what we wanted it seemed like we had no say because the photog decided to discount his service. We never asked for discounts we just wanted things done to our satisfaction. She stood up and yelled in my face, ' I am 50 years old and I don't work to serve people like you, your fiance is a doll but i can't work with you'. FH said nothing.

I would expect to be treated like that if i was difficult. FH and I hashed everything out and I wanted to know what I did or what he said just what happened because I have never been treated so unprofessionally in my life. It's all over now.
The best was, before Andrea started shouting at me, she had already told me I was difficult and I was trying to remain as calm as possible for FH sake. I have this fear of embarrassing him, I was reduced to tears because i didn't want to jump up and tell her she was a flaming c@nt. Andrea was asking for approval on items I already told her I thought we didn't need, and she was looking at me and speaking to me and I turned to Paul and I said, 'you picked them, you answer! If you feel like she is making us a great deal then you say yes, don't put this on me.' She looked at Paul and said to him,” you don't have to be tortured by her.' lol
I just wanted him to tell her to end it. She so blatantly respected him, and he let her yell in my face.
And that is how I was tortured by John Warren Wright Studios in Flushing, NY who happens to be a house vendor for Giando’s on the water
