I have noticed so many great things about my weight loss. I am a lot more confident in pictures. Totally hamming it up with poses, huge kool aid smiling and not hiding behind someone or an object.
I fit into smaller clothes. Always a plus
I tried on a pair of pants that were once a little snug and now way too big That was both a great and upsetting feeling. I loved those pants and now they are too big. But hey a good reason to go shopping
I got remeasured for my gown and I went down 2 inches in size
I feel so great when I look in the mirror and loving what I see.
How is everyone else doing??? how are you feeling??

I cant wait till I have 5 pounds left to go. It took a long time to loose the 27 I have lost. I can only imagine what the 5 will feel like

Don't you love/hate that? Every month, I'm getting rid of more and more clothes, which I'm happy about because it means that I'm losing, but I'm annoyed about because now I have nothing to wear. Ok, not nothing, but you know how it is. Also, every pair of my favorite jeans are too big now, so big that even FH, who doesn't notice things like this said that they look like clown pants. And, I don't think they even make these jeans anymore, I've looked everywhere, and I can only find them in stretch, which are fine, but I also like non stretch jeans. I guess I shouldn't complain, I'd rather have no clothes than fit in the huge clothes that used to be tight on me.

Re: How is everyone doing
I lost 15 pounds then gained 8 pounds back over the holidays. I now have two pounds left to lose of the 8 pounds I gained and then I have another 5 to 8 pounds to lose...and then I will be very happy. I hope I didnt confuse anyone.

Re: How is everyone doing
I am doing OK but fluctuating big time with down 25 and creeping up 2/3 pounds. I can't get below that 25 pound weight loss and move on!
Melissa, is that the same for you?! I feel like I could easily lose 50 more so why am I having trouble getting over that 25 pound mark? I know that I have been on and off plan with eating but I am still keeping up with working out. I think I need to change something up a bit....

Re: How is everyone doing
I have no motivation to lose weight when I see a nice brownie or a big bowl of pasta.
I love carb's so I don't think the SBD would work, and I did ww last year for a couple weeks and hated it, what else is left to do?

Stace oh yes. I gained 1.2, lost point 4, lost another point 4 then gained point 8. It was all around that 25 pound mark.
definatly change it up a little. I found that when my body got used to so many things it hit that slump. but changing it up a little seemed to really help

Go back to WW. They have this new thing called the flex plan and its wonderful. You can eat more
I am allowed 20 points a day, but I also have 35 flex points. So if I really wanted to break it down its like saying I can have 25 points a day (5 flex points a day, 7 days a week) or I can have my 20 and my 35 flex points in one day. whatever I want to do. Its Flexable
You can really eat a lot more now and still loose weight. It's fantastic

Thanks Melissa, that makes me feel better that this isn't only me. But I guess it shouldn't be THAT easy to lose weight, we all need our obstacles every now and then, right?!

I have the ww book, so really I can just add 5 more points a day if I want, I don't really need to go there, I never had time to do the meetings, and I have a scale at home.
