I lost 7 the first 2 weeks. I am going to start bringing certain things back into my diet.

Re: How is everyone doing on the SBD
1) the more overweight you are, the more you will lose. I think the people who lose 10 pounds are very overweight. I lost about 5 lbs in 2 weeks.2) I have been cheating every day- pretty much keeping my carb count v. low but not SOOO low.
3) It's funny how lazy you get once you've been married!

Re: How is everyone doing on the SBD
Michelle...I think for me...we had been dieting already and used SBD as a plateau breaker...so we had already lost the water weight...maybe thats what would happen with SBD in the first 2 weeks...we didn't cheat...DH actually loved it, but I think ate too much at times....lol
in the end, cutting the processed carbs is a good thing...

Re: How is everyone doing on the SBD
I am so happy with the SBD diet that I cannot even begin to tell you! I have lost close to 25 pounds since I started and I feel great. I have more energy. I don't feel deprived. It isn't a diet so much as a change of lifestyle.

mo...congrats...I do agree with you with the change of lifestyle...while I didn't lose as much as I wanted...I still lost...and I eat so much better...and can walk through the chips aisle and have no cravings...

I plan to start this in a few weeks - need to finish reading the book first
I need to lose about 20 lbs so I'm hoping this works for me
