We are both Irish, so all of the guys are wearing kilts. Also, my FH plays the bagpipes as well as many people in my family, so he and his band and random guests will all play the pipes and drums during the reception.
I already told the photog to try to have all of the pics waist up after '****'tail hour...god only knows who's kilts will be in the air!!!

I'm black and my FH is Puerto RIcan so to incorporate both cultures my FH is dancing to a spanish song with his mom for the mother/son dance. We are having a spanish dj who can mix in both english and spanish and hip hop songs. Our venue has an option for spanish appetizers. And of course...we're going to do the ELECTRIC SLIDE!!!

I am dominican and FH is puerto Rican and ecuadorian. For our first dance we are doing a slow dance in english, then cutting into a bachata (dominican) and then a salsa (puerto rican). We are going to playing some cumbia (ecuadorian) through out the reception. So mostly through music and dance I guess.

FH is Indian and I'm West Indian; so the only things that are from my culture is the music and food. For FH we have a dhol player (an Indian drummer), I'm doing henna on my hands and feet, and changing into an Indian outfit; as well as, having Indian food.

FH's family is Panamanian and Colombian.
We're taking salsa lessons and our 1st dance will hav a salsa routine (yeah..let's see about that), then some Spanish songs intermingled throughout.
My family is Jewish...Not so big on the hora but I'll prob keep it in. My FIL calls it 'the jewish dance' lol.

we're both Filipino's but FI grew up here. we're definitely having wedding sponsors for our wedding! (i never knew that the sponsors were a cultural thing until i attended a wedding without sponsors!) the sponsors act as a godfather/godmother to us (and it's an unspoken rule that they give a generou$$ gift. haha. i just love my culture!)
