How many days late would you ladies be before taking a test?

well not that long actually..If you think about it..we go about 3 weeks without aunt flo (so if you are PG you don't realize it so much yet)

So when your period doesn't come on time..i have heard you usually have to wait a week or two if you are late..To see if you are PG

PLUS when my best friend was PG (she was trying) her doctor told her that 5 weeks is the earliest that you could get an acurate reading

Some people can actually get a positive test as soon as 7 days past ovulation. Not everyone though. It depends on when implantation occurred, how high your HCG level is, and what test you are using.

I would say an accurate result should show up by 14 days past ovulation for most people using a sensitive test...

Well, I woke up today and still no AF! I have noticed slight light pink spotting when I wipe (sorry TMI) but there has been no flow. Guess I should test?

Moe you and I are on the same page....mine was due Tuesday and no sign of AF yet. A few BFNs when I tested too. Plus I have brown spotting ....I am so confused.

Hey Jen, did you get your AF yet?

Still no AF today...tested this morning and got a BFN! My question is tomorrow I am supposed to start a new round of BC, should I start them even if I haven't gotten AF?

I was 4 days late when I tested and got BFP. Test again tomorrow morning too (even if you do decide to go to the Dr tomorrow).

I am in the same exact boat as Moehick. I've been off BCP for 2 months. Last month I was right on schedule. I was expecting AF last Monday....2 BFN and 1 week later and I am still waiting.

It is so strange for me because I am usually like clockwork!!!

It is so strange for me because I am usually like clockwork!!!

This happened to me when I went off the pill. First month off I was like CLOCKWORK. Second month it was 2 weeks late!! I think it's par for the course when you go off the pill, at least for a few months

Well I went to the doctor today and had blood drawn. They said they will call later this afternoon with results. I am still on BC, just last month I was on antibiotics so that may have affected the effectiveness of the pill. Guess I will find out in a few hours.

Damn doctors office. They tell me they will get the results after 4pm and if they don't call me than I should call them. So I call at 4:30pm and the office is CLOSED . I have to call back tomorrow morning!! Why the heck didn't they tell me that! I just want to know!
