did it take for you to close? just wondering how fast/slow the process is after that point. TIA

Its depends I believe on what you agree on. We signed our contract in Feb. and closed on July 1st b/c both thje sellers and us were in no rush. We did not need our house until the summer and they were moving to an apt before they relocated out of the area.

We signed in April could have closed the end of May but we weren't ready so we closed 6-22

Our situation is a little different...we moved out of state and had nothing to sell...we signed the contract and closed within 30 days!!!
