4 YRS AND 4 MTHS EXACTLY FROM THE DAY WE MET ...

FH (feels so good saying that) proposed on Christmas Day after about 2 years and 2 months of dating. Now I have to wait about the same time before the wedding day...seems soooooooo far away

Thats what I've been telling FH for the past 2 days...after the Holidays we're spending every weekend on my couch watching Blockbuster...no more eating out, comedy clubs, dancing etc...and most of all no shopping sprees for meI have a feeling this is not going to be easy

trust me! we said the exact same thing....but we still do the same things....but instead we cut out how many times we do it... the shopping thing and eating out part is still the hardest!!!

about 5 1/2 years. I was also 16 (almost 17) when we started dating - FH was 18 almost 19. He wanted me to be finished with school before he proposed so I could concentrate on my grades instead of planning a wedding. When I was still in school, I told him I could do both but now that I am totally obsessed with planning I am glad he waited!! LOL

19 months - but we knew it the 1st date!
He was separated for 3 years, but they never filled out the divorce papers because they weren't in relationships and just never got around to it - so he wanted to wait until the papers were finalized so we knew we could legally get married (so romantic - I know!!!)
