30-60 DAYS or anytime right before your wedding, BUT you CANT get it before 60 days

cant do it more than 60 days ahead or less than 24 hours. there is info here if you click on planning and then go to marriage license it gives you all the info

it expires in either 45 or 60 days, so 2 weeks is a safe bet

it expires in 60 days....BUT please take note that you CANNOT get the license & get married on the same day - there isa 24 hour waiting period!
