How long before you finalize your menu??
Are you called 3 months before the wedding to finalize the menu?

I was called last week (went last Monday) and my wedding is 7/17/09....so about 2 months before the wedding.

We're going to finalize ours at our tasting on 6/20 for our 7/18 wedding. That's not even 1 month before.
Call your hall if you're worried about it.

I was told to make an appt with the RH 1 month before the wedding to finalize everything

Hey fellow CB bride!
They send out letters letting you know when to come in. I finalized two weeks ago, so I think I got the letter about 2 months before the wedding.

They called me last week and my appointment is June 26 for my Aug 8 wedding.

I called them 2 months before and finalized last week which is a month before.
