Having a You've got Mail or a little envelope in the lower corner of your screen pop up...and not open it?????

I can't stand it. In my case I use msn and everytime the little window pops up, I immediately go to it. I'm such a wooz.

What envelope?
I HATE pop ups they drive me nuts..so I've turned off any and all indictors of email. At work I practically live in Lotus Notes, so it's not like i'm going to miss my new emails. I replicate every 5 mins (much shorter than the standard).
Home..... heck I can't even tell you when I last checked my emails.

it popped up twice and before i even realize i am doing it, my lotus notes is opening.

I was born without the patience gene, so I MUST immediately look at them.
If I really need to concentrate on something else I turn my sound and monitor off.
