How long did everyone's appointments with florists last?
I'm trying to fit a bunch of appointments together tomorrow and I need to figure out how to space them apart. What was the range of length of florist appointments?

It depends on the florist...But FH and I went out on a Saturday at 9:00 am and got back home at 3:00. We saw four florists and had lunch in there, too...

It depends. One took 1/2 hour and one took 2 1/2 hrs.

I did the same thing when I was in town. They last a long time anticipate 2 hours. If your going to see Wild Rose as well assume you will see two florists and them. That's about all I was able to accomplish. Between driving from place to place plus traffic its almost impossible to do more. We left at 11:30 (from Brooklyn so that adds about an hour) and got home at 11:00pm. Didn't even have time to stop for lunch. Sorry for the long answer.

My appt with Jack & Rose was over an hour - but that was b/c I was waiting for about 20/25 mins...and he likes to talk.
My appt with Flower Michele was an hour - b/c we worked up the entire color scheme and flower ideas - it was a great first session.

some florists took a half an hour ad others took over 2......it's tough to know in advance

Thanks for the answers - acutally Wild Rose didnt fit in for tomorrow so we are seeing them next thurs.

jck and rose usually takes a long time.....he loves to talk and he wants to make sure he gets to know you before he starts planning your wedding flowers

Mine lasted an hour. If you know what you want, maybe it will be less.

I had two florist appointments.. One appt. lasted for 2 1/2 hours and the other lasted about a 1/2 hour.. I guess it all depends on how well you click with them.. Good luck!

We orginally booked/saved the date based on recommendations. Our inital consultation was about 1 1/2 hrs.

We spent an hour with our florist but i knew exactly what i wanted so it was easy. I could see why it would take more then 1 hour if you don't know what you want!

We had two appts. One with stefan's. UInder an hour. The other with Colonial, over two hours first time, we picked colonial!

I think it usually takes about an hour give or take. Once you have a better idea of what you're looking for it usually goes a little faster. Good luck!
