for you to get your proofs back from the photographer? We are doing our thank you cards through them so I have to wait for proofs and I was told it takes at lleast 8 weeks for proofs to come back. Which means I wont send out thank yous for 3 months after the wedding. That seems like a really long time to me. Is that normal?

My proofs were ready before I can home from my HM. 3 months is fine. I was very quick in getting my thank yous out, but I've gone to weddings and not gotten a thank you for almost a year after.

We had our proofs in about 2 weeks and had our thank you cards from our photog in about 2 weeks
I had our thank you's out at the 3 month mark

we got our proofs after about 10 days (we were on our hm). i had my thank yous the week or so after i got home from the HM and they were written in about a week to 10 days after that
