How long did it take you to get your video from the acutal wedding? What is a reasonable time?
We're going on 5 months now and I started putting phone calls and emails in 3 weeks ago. I feel like if I didn't do this we never would have heard from them again.

My videography contract states that it could take up to 24 weeks (6 months), but they should at least respond to your inquiries.

I had my raw footage in about 3 weeks, and I just finally submitted everything for my edited version which will take approximately 2 months

ours was ready after 4 months, although we didn't actually pick it up until about 7 months later!

We didn't have our last meeting with our videographer until February. We had a final payment so it took us a little while to get that together. But we won't have our video until August!!! At least it will be before our 1YR anniversary!!

Wow. We had to pay in Full. We called them this week and never even heard from them. My girlfriend who got married in December after us got hers in Feb and they called her.
Sadly but I guess once they have your money it seems they don't care =(

hey, we got married the same day!! we didn't get our video yet either....i wouldnt worry too much. you might want to try and follow up with them again. i'm not in too muich of a hurry since we dont live in NY anymore so it's not like i can go pick it up, but if i was, i would be getting a little impatient. good luck!

My videographer told me it would take about 4-5 months with all the editing and so on, it's been 4 months, I think I need to call him. My friend who got married a month before me just got hers back, I guess each video person is different?

I should have mine in the next few weeks. I dropped all of the stuff off sometime in early February and we were told approx. 3 months from then.

My daughter got married on 11/9/07. She got her video 2 weeks ago. Just about 4 mos. It came out great. Good luck!!

We just turned everything in to the videographer (montage photos, etc.) so they told us it will be about 3 months before we hear anything.. after three months I am calling them to see what's up if I haven't heard anything.
