i sent her a request before new years and she got back to me with in like 2 days...then i asked her to do 2 more proofs..this was 4 days ago....does it usually take this long?

Shes responded to my emails pretty much right away... i haven't received my plaque yet... i paid for it 12/23... she did it and didn't like the way it came out and ordered new materials to do it again... but she let me know what was going on...

She was on vacation during the holidays.
Once she gets caught up on things she will get back to you asap! Shes really good abt that.

The same thing happened to me but she said she took an extended holiday and came back to a crazy full inbox so she was trying to catch up on everything.
