how long did it take to get video...

I have a question for the brides who used wild rose video. How long did it take to get your video? We got married in Nov 2006 and have been getting the run around for a while now. First there was a miscommunication back n June. Then when I was unable to go to drop off the money because I had to have emergency surgery that day my parents dropped it off on there way. They were told it would be done in six months. We waited and no call SO I called the first week in Jan. and I was told it was being finished they would call in a week. two weeks pass nothing and the same story again & again. Has anyone had this problem? We never even got the raw footage and brides who got married in late 07 already got theirs.It's almost a year and half is that normal? I was told six months. I was so excited to use them and couldn't wait but now I am starting to get a little bothered. I know it will great but I am feeling like we were pushed aside.![]()
