We just did this. I had no clue my invitations would take so much 'putting together' they were actually very complicated. I also had my envelopes printed on by the people who made the invitations so that helped. Since mine were so involved it took me a very long time. But my recommendation is to just sit down and do it all at once. I broke mine down to a couple of days and it got confusing. Have your girls over have some wine and make it a fun evening. That's what i would do if i could do it again

Re: how long did it take you
We didn't write them out.... I printed the addresses (for outer & then names for inner) on clear labels. This took maybe 1 hour total (to create the labels in word & print out). Then FH & I stuffed all the invites in 1 night- took about 2 hours??

Re: how long did it take you
one whole day i started around 3:00pm and I finished up in the evening- i had everything assembled and lined up in boxes so once I was done writing them FH & I would stuff and seal it worked out very smoothly which really shocked me
