We put our house for sale this week and we put a bid another house on Monday. The contract of the new house will state that we must sell our house to buy the new house. So I am not afraid of losing our 'dream' home, but I am anxious to get in!

My house sold at the open house which was amazing considering that we border a commercial property and are 160 feet from merrick road! It's all in how much your agent hustles!

Thanks- My real estate agent is going on vacation next week, and I wanted to have the open house then. Now I have to wait until she gets back. Annoying!
