Told parents and sibling around 7 weeks or so.
Told extended but close family about 8-9 weeks.
Told close friends around 10 weeks.
All other friends around 12-14 weeks.
Work after that. Besides my boss who I told around 10 weeks because of projects we were planning.

5 weeks- I told 2 of my closest friends before I told DH. One bc she called right after I took the HPT and the other bc I needed some advice. I told DH the next day.
6 weeks - Both of our parents
8 or 9 weeks - My manager (bc I kept coming in late bc of m/s), my brothers and close friends
11 weeks - extended family (aunts and uncles)
I still haven't told other friends not sure how yet.

Told parents and siblings right away. Planning on telling other family and friends around 12-14 weeks. As for work, I don't know....as long as I can hold out.
