we told parents/siblings 4 days after I took the test, then we SAID we'd wait to tell friends....but that didn't happen...we waited another 3 weeks to tell friends

After we went to the doctor and found out it was definate, we told both sets of our parents and from there told our siblings. We're waiting on a due date to tell the rest of the family.

We told parents right away friends at 10 weeks

We told our family (and my best friend) right away....held out till about 8 weeks to tell everyone else.

So far (I'm 5 weeks along), I've told a couple of co-workers, two close friends, and his best friend - ONLY because we know that they can keep the secret. We won't tell our parents until Christmas (we've invited them all over for dinner), which I'll be 8 weeks along. And won't tell our friends until maybe New Years, or DH's birthday in the end of Jan (which I'll be almost 13 weeks by then).

Thanks girls. I think we are gong to tell our parents right away and what until Jan to tell everyone else.
