My RSVP date is approaching (end of this week)and I am still waiting on 30 responses. How long should I give the stragglers? I'm thinking an extra couple of days but am not sure....I dont want to harrass people. Let me know your thoughts.

I gave mine a week..For those that never ever responded at all my dad called them for me and told them they cant come

i started sending some 'reminder' messages to friends ... and called the rest about 3 or 4 days after the due date.

i had 12 missing rsvp cards (24 people in total) ... i think 3 or 4 of them (6-8 people) will be coming out of those.

We had about 35 people missing (I can't remember how many cards) and I think about 15 people came out of those.

I called the next day. And some I called the day of after the mail came!! One we still haven't heard back from. Three people that didn't rsvp are coming. The rest aren't.

I gave it about 10 days after the RSVP date and got all but one reply back (who Ill have to call).
Out of the 12 that were missing, 8 are coming...

haha. am i the only bride who got in touch with my guests WAYYYY before the RSVP date? like, i started asking for rsvp cards a week/2 weeks after i gave them out...
