How Long does a home inspection take?
We are going to schedule the inspection for later this week and since we both work in Manhattan we need to schedule time off.
About how long did your inspection take?

from what i remember, it takes about 1- 2 hours - but budget about 2-3

It depends on the size of the house. Ours took 3 hours.

Ours took three hours too. I work in Manhattan also and had to take a half day

Ours was 1.5 hrs with two engineers. One structural and one electrical.
