I am just having a ceremony and not a mass. We are also not doing a unity candle or lining up to say thanks at the end (I forgot the technical name for that). It starts at 5:30 and would love for it to be ASAP. Anyone know the average length for just a ceremony?

1/2 hour for us & it will be non traditional. I think that's pretty good as long as you begin on time. I still need an officiant, yikes!!!

Ours is going to be 20-30 minutes long

ours is at the RH and will be about 15 - 20 minutes long

Our priest said 30-45 minutes long. I need to make it as short as possible though so I can have enough time for pictures. My church is @ 9:45am and the reception starts at noon.

I think mine lasted about 30 minutes with everything, but it went by pretty quick - we did a unity candle, no readings
