How long does it take to get response cards back?

I sent out my invites last week and have heard from several people that they received them. However I still have not received any of the response cards. How long before people start sending them back? Granted my deadline date isn't until July. I guess I'm just really excited and can't wait :0(

HAHAHA! I sent out almost 200 invitations at the end of April! They came really quickly at first, but there are still over 50 out there (our response date is June 1). You would be amazed at how many people say 'Is it June 1st yet?' when you mention getting responses. I have a feeling the rest will be mailed on June 1st. My advice is to be patient. You should start getting them within the next couple days. If you have not gotten any, have someone send one back to you to make sure there are no problems.

Didn't the time just fly! I remember exchanging emails during all the planning. June 29th is just around the corner. Have you met your photographer from wedding one? Did you have your engagement shoot? Definitely interested how things work out with them. Thanks for keeping me in mind!

I started getting responses 3 days after the invitations went out. They poured in(got some every day) for about 3 weeks and then halted. My response date is June 2 and they have been slowly trickling in this week. I'm still waiting on a bunch more.

Emerald Room too! We are shoving 300 people in there (we think at this point) because I love the room! Supposidly it seats 340, but it looks small to me. I will let you know all about it when I return on July 23 or so...

I got 2 responses the day after I sent my invitations out. since then, I've gotten between 5-8 each day. I am still expecting about 50, and my response date is June 15th.

most people will send their responses on or around your 'response date'. I mailed them out on April 30th, with a response date of May 30th. I would say that I received about 1-3 a day since I sent it out. Now it's May 31st, and I just started getting about 8 a day and I still don't have half my responses back.
