I know a few girls on 2011 are waiting for about the same amount of time... CS might be backed up bc of TWOTY and the Bridal Expo coming up...
for some girls, depending on when they hit, it took a month, some girls a week. It's coming though!
I'd wait til it's been about a month and FM them if u haven't gotten it them.

I'm pretty sure they send them out in batches. Like if they have a batch planned for the 20th of the month, and you hit 1000 on the first you won't get it for a few months.

i was asking too and Kim replied that they were backed up bc of TWOTY, but the shirts were sent the other day
