Im trying to schedule as many sightings as I can in one day. Im grouping them together by area, but Im not sure how much time I should give each catering hall? In your experience how much is the usual running time when visiting a catering hall?

I think it depends on the banquet manager. Some of them are in a rush, some of them love to talk and some of them read your body language. If you look interested, they will keep going. If they can tell that you are not interested, they will cut it short.
I would guess 1/2 hr. to an hr. each.

really? i found the opposite...if you're interested they play you...it's awful! act as unimpressed as you possibly can... sad. but true. JMO. p.s. i wouldn't schedule more than a couple per day. it gets very overwhelming.

2 is good a day.. 3 at most and thats pushing it.. remember, you will be hearing the same drill...go on a tour, dinner selections...etc....
I did 3 in one day once, and was bad..it made me think less of the place cause of was tired and trying to process the 2 places.. not fair but what can ya do...

definately dont do more than 3...
you really want to look at them and take them all in.. if you do too many in a day they start blurring a bit... also guys dont have the biggest attention span

THe most we did was 4 in one day! It was rough but honestly wasnt too bad! Just remember to schedule in lunch! Schedule about 45 minutes for each one and hten add in travel time and about a 10 minute buffer so you dont have to rush!
