How long does it take to take your pictures? We are taking picture before the ceremony, but I am just wondering long it usually takes?

From what I understand approx 3 hours, I guess it depends on the size of your bridal party as well.

at my friends wedding it took about 2 hours.

Really, 3 hrs??? Wow!

The BP consists of 10 people.

my photographer said it would take under an hour.....
you should ask your photographer!!

It took us about 3 hours and I felt very rushed but that is with a HUGE bridal party and ALOT of family pictures (we have big families too!) Leave yourself plenty of time- I thought I did and it started off my day not too well - thank goodness it improved!

my photographer is starting 4 hours prior to the wedding - i think it depends on the locations you need to drive to and the type of pictures you will be taking - he is starting with pictures of us getting ready hence the extra time

I am planning on doing the 'all girl' photos and me with my family alone before the ceremony, and he can do the same with the 2nd photographer so the cocktail hr will only be the pics with family and BP and the both of us
