The seller's just put in the paperwork to the town and they already had a permit. How long should it take to actually get the CO? It's for a garage and an unfinished room between the garage and the house. It's pretty basic so I can't imagine that it's not up to code. TIA!

we just went thru this. if they didnt hire an expiditer it take 60 days

Thanks for the info. They actually did hire one (at least the agent was trying to for them) so if they did how long should it take? Thanks again for the help!

When I was buying my owner got one within a week or two (can't remember but it was very quick) for a converted garage I think it depends on the town and how hard ther owner pushes. My owner was looking to sell quick.
