How long for Pictures...

I was just curious how much time you need to take pictures before the wedding. My photographer said he only needs about 2 hours. Is this enough??

Depends really on what pictures you are taking. Are you doing everything before??

I am having my reception and ceremony at the same place so all of the pictures have to be before .

I'd ask for the 3rd hour just to be safe....and give yourself the comfort zone!

I'm having everything in the same place, and we aren't seeing eachother until the ceremony, we're starting 3 hours before because the photographer has to travel to the hall after he's done with me and my girls to take the guys....

and make sure to tell all the people you want in pictures to be there 1/2 hour before you actually want them becasue people are always late!!!

Our photographer wants to start at 4:00 with the ceremony astarting at 7:00

My ceremony started at 7. Photographer got to my house at 2!

Yikes!!! We can't get into the bridal suite at the reception hall until 9:30 am and the ceremony is at 11:30 (invitation time is 11:00). I don't think we really can spare more than 1 1/2 hours!
