Well, when Dave and I got engaged, we weren't even going out for a year. He proposed a month before our year anniversary. This September 3rd we'll be going out for two years but we'll be engaged for a little over a year. Confusing huh? LOL....However we didn't date for a long time because we know each other since kindergarten and have been the best of friends since we were young. Plus I think it's sorta been in the plans for us that we end up married. We just didn't see it that way at first..well I didn't. He waited on the sidelines as I went off and did my thing. Now I'm so glad he waited for me ![]()

HMMMMM, maybe I should put the wedding off. I have only been dating the FH for just under 1.5 years.
I wouldn't. When ya know, ya know. My parents dated for 6 weeks and just celebrated their 49th wedding anniversary.
I agree - FH and I won't reach two years until 9/26, and were less than a year when we knew this was it.
